About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a long-established successful Liverpool retailer as a key person in their marketing team. The company is home to numerous well known brands sold through their physical and online stores.
Summary of the role’s main purpose:
Social Media Executive for the management of the social media presence, creating content, engaging with followers, and analysing performance to boost brand awareness. Collaborate with partners, ensure consistent branding, and stay updated on social media trends and tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
· Take ownership of the social media calendar, including scheduling and publishing content.
· Execute growth strategies, including campaigns, competitions, and promotions, to boost engagement and reach.
· Develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility.
· Create engaging, eye-catching content tailored for various social media platforms.
· Assist with emailing newsletters to support promotions and customer engagement.
· Act as the main point of contact for third-party vendors, influencers, and partners involved in social media initiatives.
· Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
· Assisting with keeping the website up to date with the latest products, promotions, and content.
· Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure all content aligns with the brand.
Skills & Experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.

· Experience in managing third-party partnerships and collaborations.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
