About the Role
An Office Admin Assistant is sought to provide essential support to the administrative and payroll departments in a pioneering accountancy services business.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient management and organisation of physical and digital files.
Accurate scanning and data entry tasks.
Handling client queries professionally and promptly via telephone and email.
Assisting with payroll setups and associated administrative duties.
Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
