About the Role
An independent facilities management company that offers soft services to a large client base in the Northwest are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented full-time administrative staff to support with a variety of administrative tasks.
In addition to data inputting, customer orders, sales quotes, contracts, and invoicing, the successful candidate will also be responsible for handling general administrative duties such as managing phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, and organizing paperwork.
Responsibilities:
Inputting data into spreadsheets and databases
Processing and tracking customer orders and sales quotes
Preparing and processing contracts and invoices
Organising and maintaining records and files
Managing phone and email inquiries
Scheduling appointments
Ordering office supplies
Photocopying, scanning, and filing paperwork
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required
Working Hours: This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be expected to work an average of 37.5 hours per week.
Location: This position is based in the Wirral, United Kingdom.
